it's like a cover of a good old band, it sounds very familiar.
One song that could easily fill your heart.
this one goes to my soulmate
looks like an old portrait left behind
the painting is there but now it means nothing
no one recalls, no one recalls at all
it's just and old song left in a random basement
I enjoyed all my summers, I loved to see your smile
tried some things, tried some ambitions,
buried by this life, buried without a mission.
it's like this fucking place without a bar,
they all found that there was nothing in common
no one recall, no one recalls at all
this will be just like the last anouncement
I enjoyed all winters, sitting by your side.
Reading the same books, watching all those sitcoms
awake all night, together we were safer.
Buried by my faults, killed by your issues
we went on different paths, we had different missions
please turn back, for one last time, but please leave behind all that hate
sing with me, just once again, the songs that made us feel ok
dance with me, one last time, just before it gets too late
come with me, kiss with me, just before the movie ends.
Toronto band Respire deliver a post-hardcore tour de force on the largest scale possible, orchestrally rich and incessantly uncompromising. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 6, 2021
Spanish Post-Hardcore/Metal Band started off in a more Post-Rock vein way back when.
Although their musicianship has continued to blossom on further releases; so has their screaming vocals in songs.
I consider them more closer to Post Hardcore rather than Post Rock in their current releases.
This release has the least amount of screaming and the most Post-Rock feel for me. Agent K
